About Our Founder – Nishal Moheeputh
Nishal is a member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (MIFSM), the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (MIWFM), the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), Affiliate status within the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), has Risk Assessment and Fire Risk Assessment accreditation with the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) and the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (ROSPA). Nishal has CPD certification in Protecting High Rise Buildings from Fire, certification in Fire Door Inspections (basics) with the Fire Protection Association (FPA), and has won awards for his exemplary customer service within the property management sector. This further reinforces his ability to navigate the complexities of fire safety within commercial and residential properties.
